Tagnetix
Physical Operations Intelligence

Know what your physical operation is actually doing — not just what the system of record says it should be.

Tagnetix fuses RFID, vision/AI, UWB, BLE and IoT observations into one continuously verified picture of identity, location, movement and state — across receiving, kitting, and shipping.

This site is a working prototype of the Tagnetix operator experience — screens reflect current product direction and are being validated against pilot deployments.

Built around four operational outcomes

Not a general “AI platform” — Tagnetix is scoped to the physical-operations problems that actually cost warehouses time and money.

Dock reconciliation

Every inbound receipt and outbound shipment is checked against its manifest automatically, with a clear correct-or-override path when it doesn’t match.

Bin-level kitting accuracy

Vision detects the pick, checks it against the active work order, and flags a mismatch in under two seconds — with UWB as a positioning fallback.

One traceability tool

Search an asset, tag, shipment, ASN, kit, work order or alert and get the same physical timeline with evidence — not five different reports.

Auditable alert lifecycle

Every alert moves through New → Acknowledged → Investigating → Resolved/Escalated with a timestamped history — nothing gets silently dropped.

How the sensing model works

Different sensors do different jobs. Tagnetix doesn’t treat one technology as universally “primary” — each layer covers what it’s actually good at.

1

RFID — macro & identity

Aisle/rack transit, dock and portal movement, and item/asset identity across the facility.

Primary for macro location
2

Vision / AI — kitting picks

Bin-level pick detection at kitting stations: which SKU, from which bin, compared against the active work order.

Primary for kitting
3

UWB — fallback positioning

When vision confidence drops or a camera is unavailable, UWB anchors provide fallback positioning at the station.

Fallback
4

Video — incident evidence

A rolling coverage buffer retains clips only when tied to a recorded incident — not a continuous surveillance wall.

Supporting evidence

The workflows this covers today

Screens are grouped the way the work actually happens, not by data type.

Inbound
Receiving & reconciliationExpected vs. detected at the dock, with tagging-during-receiving and a correct/override path for discrepancies.
Kitting
Vision-primary pick detectionPer-station sensing status (Healthy / Degraded / Offline), component-level progress, and mismatch handling.
Outbound
Gate verificationManifest match before dispatch, with the same correct/override pattern used at inbound.
Alerts
Exceptions & incidentsA single lifecycle for rule-triggered alerts, plus retained evidence for vision and manifest incidents.
Traceability

Trust & scope

What this prototype is, and what it isn’t.

This is a working prototype

Every screen runs on illustrative demo data held in application state. Nothing here connects to a real WMS, ERP, or sensing hardware.
